This three-storey, four-bedroom Pagewood home underwent a comprehensive renovation to modernise the property while improving its functionality for family living. The project included a complete kitchen renovation, bathroom, ensuite and powder room renovations, removal of an internal wall and installation of steel supporting beams to achieve open plan, new weatherboard cladding and the removal and replacement of the existing staircase. The result was a refreshed and cohesive home, with the original layout thoughtfully adapted to create more functional and connected living spaces.
