Yes, we offer a wide variety of bathroom renovation services. Rafael is a licensed plumber and has been in the plumbing/construction industry for almost 40 years. His son Eric is in his third year of his plumbing apprenticeship, under Rafael’s guidance.
We specialize in a versatile and comprehensive range of services. Projects we specialize in include:
- Laundry Renovations
- Bathroom Renovations
- Kitchen Renovations and Installations
- And more
In simple terms, our renovation process goes:
Planning – We visit your site and provide you with a quote
Design – We workshop or create architectural drawings, and work with our client to ensure all inclusions covered
Demolition – Out with the old-
Construction – And in with the new!
Completion – Our Completion process includes a professional clean
The follow-up is also an important part of the process and it is what makes us stand apart from other renovators.
There will be no issues with changes or modifications depending on the changes requested and if they are practical and can be achieved at the stage of the renovation we are at. While we believe there is always room for changes in the renovation process, some changes might entail additional cost and/or additional time. At the end of the day, we want to ensure the renovations we are doing are perfectly matching your vision and desired outcome.
The HBCF is a level of extra insurance provided to the homeowner. It protects them from incomplete or defective building work carried out by a builder or tradesperson. Licensed contractors that take on residential work over $20,000 must provide insurance coverage through HBCF.
Proof of HBCF insurance must be given to your customer before starting work or asking for any payment or deposit. Failing to take out HBCF insurance for eligible works is an offence under NSW law. Not all tradespeople or businesses are eligible to provide this insurance. 2go2guys are approved to provide HBCF insurance.
